In Cartagena, Bolivar we find our first destination, the Botanical Garden Guillermo Piñeres characterized for being provided with one of few native forests registered in the Caribbean region; also it possesses a spring that it attracts to the local fauna and in epochs of migrations there can register species of the North American.
Birds of interest: Keel-billed Toucan, Lance-tailed Manakin, Black-chested Jay, White-bearded Manakin, Whooping Motmot, Yellow-crowned Parrot.
